Well, that was helpful!I needed to check my voicemail, except, no credit on the phone SIM.Checking the cellco's help pages said that's possible, if you know your vm PIN. Hm. Dug up what looked like it, tried it, nope.How to change it.. okay, needs a text message to reset it. Which, of course, needs to be from the phone's number, ie the SIM with no credit.So, I dropped the cellco a line, hoping they could help, expecting they'd just reset the PIN.Nope. They can reset it, but changing that temporary PIN /has/ to be from the phone's number and no other.So they put a small credit on.All done. ^_^

That was a bit worrying.. while I was out, and took the iPad out to check email, I noticed "iPad requires your passcode on restarting".. eh? Must've crashed, but eh, I'm on a beta, no biggie./Then/ I noticed no signal strength. Not "no signal", but no indicator or carrier name. Its IMEI and such was fine, but the phone number was showing as all zeros.*sweatbead*Tried going into airplane mode, back, no change. Restarted, nope.Happily, when I got back to the burrow, it seems turning it off, taking the SIM out and back in, and back on cured the issue.(I should send it in anyway - it's had a long-standing issue with the touch sense layer going a little erratic at times, and the retailer's extended warranty's not long off expiring. It's just I use it a *lot*)

So, yes, turns out it's a good idea to have paracetamol, ibuprofen, or similar at hand - the injection site became quite sore, as if significantly bruised, some ten hours on, followed by a mild flu like need to wrap up warmly.If you're working, it's probably a good idea to mark at least the next day as being a Netflix Catch-Up Day.(Do as I didn't, and make sure you choose the side you *don't* sleep on. It worked, all the same, but it would've been more comfortable if that ache had been on the other side. In my case, at least, they went for a site quite high up on the upper arm)Still: alive and reasonably cogent, which isn't a bad baseline. =:)

@porsupah [https://lgbt.io/@porsupah] Not sure that's a very good idea. From what I understand, anti-inflammatories (such as ibuprofen) reduce the immune system's response to a vaccine, and thereby reduce its effectiveness.
